Why judge when we can love?


I feel like most of our generation have such negative thoughts about themselves. What brought us here, where we constantly compare ourselves to each other and blame ourselves for not being some unrealistic definition of perfect? Where we feel the need to constantly hide our true selves in fear of being judged.  


It’s time we find beauty in our own uniqueness.
Be different from each other and own it.
Be unapologetically different.

Stop the negative thoughts and look at ourselves with love.  Realise our true potential we’ve worked so hard to hide. Or we’ll continue this never ending cycle of self hate, blind to the fact that we’re each perfect in our own way.


Did the serious tone scare you? I bet it did :P


But I wanted to start my fitness section on an encouraging note. I am not a certified fitness trainer or a nutritionist. The only thing I want to do is help others boost their self esteem and also improve their views on fitness and health.


Over the next few posts on this section, I will be talking about  my fitness journey, my workout routines and also my version of a healthy diet (healthy part questionable as a stressed uni student).
